Although there were many delays in receiving my car, the staff always were extremely attentive to my needs and did their best to help me in every way. The sales director stepped in for my consultant when he was away as to avoid me waiting longer to finalize the sale when I made up my mind, and the coffee was always great. Upon receiving my car they let me take my time in going around it and fixed every angel hair scratch I saw without hassle, and even switched the tires in the time it took to sign the papers.
